they are expecting to spend $4,000,000,000, they are supposed to start next year, and they will still operate continuously. (insert side eye)

    my favorite part about that gothamist article is that all the renderings are culled from multiple design competition entries, and the image credits just say "Governor's Office". architects just can't catch a break.
