what's that you say?
remember that super bowl a couple years ago? back when the halftime show was produced by mtv and justin timberlake ripped off janet jackson's bra cup and exposed her nipple jewelry?
remember that CBS got fined with $550,000, and every single live event since has been screened and "decency" became de rigueur on tv and everything became a little more boring and george w. bush was elected to a second term? well, the US Court of Appeals made the FCC take it back because they decided it wasnt that big of a deal in the first place.
