joel's recent installment reminded me that i've been meaning to share this comprehensive look at the acting career of claire danes, who obviously qualifies for national treasure status. it's really old (from before the homeland season 3 premiere), but richard lawson had told me that he just read it, so you can stuff your comments in a christmas stocking.

the internet always knows just what i need.

during this week's homeland sunday, i caught my mind wandering around contemplating the amount of years and roles claire danes has spent cultivating her unique furrowed-brow cry face. and now, just a few days later, a claire danes cry face supercut.

my so called life, 15 years later

temple grandin and jordan catalano are photographed together at the elle fashion awards in london. apparently this is the first picture they have been in together since my so called life, 15 years ago. angela turned beautiful and poised the way we all knew she would, and it seems jordan is still battling his demons... cry for help.

i lol'd out loud all over the bus this morning when i glanced out of the window and noticed a billboard with this picture on it with the words 'claire danes' and 'autism'.

i just don't see myself to be able to take those two things seriously when combined. here's the trailer.
