After Serena ended the match with a 107 mph ace, Venus hugged her at the net and whispered, "So happy for you."

"She’s the toughest player I’ve ever played in my life, and the best person I know," Serena said. "So it’s going against your best friend and at the same time for me going against the greatest competitor in women’s tennis. So it was really difficult today." (via)

In the fourth all-Williams final at Wimbledon, Serena beat her sister Venus 7-6 (3), 6-2 on Saturday for her third title and 11th Grand Slam championship.

"It feels so amazing," Serena said. "I'm so blessed. I feel like I shouldn't be holding the trophy. I can't believe I'm holding it. It's named for Venus and she always wins." (espn)
