last night, the roomies + john celebrated our first crazy-quesadilla-wednesdays! inpsired by a horrible restaurant experience in park slope, gabe cooked up some delicious quesadillas and we ate and drank as much as we could. so today, when i went to make my usual sandwich, i was presented with some leftover items in the fridge...of which i made prompt use:

avocado-and-monterey-jack quesadillaz
garden of eatin' blue chips
and a DC, oc.

...bringing the avocado-intake-count for the week up to roughly: 3.
