this is a new song called "KK" from wiz khalifa featuring juicy j and project pat! i don't understand it, but i accept it.
UPDATE: i figured it out, it stands for "khalifa kush".

an intense case for medical marijuana
Jacqueline Patterson was born with cerebral palsy, a congenital disorder that affects her motor functions. As a result of her condition, she suffers from a severe stutter and major pain and weakness on her right side. This video showcases the amazing effect of cannabis on her condition. (via)

TRENTON — The New Jersey Legislature approved a measure on Monday that would make the state the 14th in the nation, but one of the few on the East Coast, to legalize the use of marijuana to help patients with chronic illnesses. (via)
