They came for the amazing ploughman sandwiches and stayed for the café’s coveted corner window seat. The model-turned-talk-show host stopped by the Peas n' Pickles convenience store in Brooklyn Heights with financier boyfriend John Utendahl and picked up more than 20 frozen dinners and a dozen energy bars.
