JUSTICE.
great news, everyone! after five years of some hudson river bullshit, the fourth of july fireworks will once again return to their rightful place on the east river, where tax-paying brooklyn and queens residents will be able to enjoy them, and smell jersey assholes will not.
happy monday!

here in america...
...we have beautiful alive dalphins in our rivers, instead of thousands of dead-ass pigs.
According to various witnesses, a dolphin has been spotted in the East River—the most heavily trafficked, overly contaminated waterway on the Eastern seaboard—near 96th Street. It was first spotted sometime after 10 a.m., and locals tell ABC that it keeps surfacing. At least one person said they saw it swimming in circles between the Randall’s Island pedestrian bridge and Mill Rock. (via)don't die, dalphin!

a helicopter crashed in the east river.
5 people were on board, one still missing :
Two injured women were taken to Bellevue Hospital Center, fire officials said.
"One is in cardiac arrests and one is in respiratory arrest," said James Long, a department spokesman.
A man was in "serious condition" at New York University Langone Medical Center.
A second man, who Mr. Long said is the pilot, is still being treated at the location of the crash and is conscious, said Mr. Long. (via)cbs live feed.
