Jan: she was a problem I guess, last grooming

and that's when they chose to tell you
Jan: yeah, well she can stay there and then when I asked for a groom, they said no
me: how did they say no?

Jan: she couldn't be groomed any more because last time she was a bit of a problem
me: omg what KIND of problem?

Jan: she didn't elaborate beccause I threw a fit

Jan: and said she was gentle as a lamb
