i know you're all on p's and n's awaiting the results of the first annual boys vs. girls tennis death match that happened last night. i'm happy to report that the city (me and starla) overcame a 3-1 deficit to finish 5-3 over white gilt (joel and deej) as the sun set. they bought us the obligatory huckleberry lemonades at the clubhouse after. all is right in the world.

as you can see in this photo, dave is trying to crush the hand that crushed him. i can barely feel it!
