This fundraiser CD, titled Chickens In Love has covers of kids’ songs by artists like She & Him, Cold War Kids, Tim & Eric, Crystal Antlers, and Dum Dum Girls, but the best track from the album may be Fionna Apple’s cover with Jon Brion. The Gummy Bears’s “So Sleepy” has Arcade Fire-like lyrics (“I’m so sleepy, but it’s not my bedtime / We got bells / The bells, the bells keep me awake”), and a clanging rhythm.
