i got a ticket to sit with some family at tuesday nights tigers game that was to be televised on ESPN. it was an overcast night, but the rain fortunately stopped as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. 2pz cousin will hudgens is the starting quarterback for memphis, and i wish i could report that they won, but it just didnt happen.

tom the tiger is a cutie. meow! gotta love a live mascot that could kill you. this little guy is Tom III, and this is his first season after memphis mourned the loss of Tom II last year.

when there are about 6,000 people in the stadium, pouncer has the chance to introduce himself to everyone individually. srsly. these jokers are my cousins.

Actually, according to the paper this morning there were only 4,000 people there...and about half were probably our family.
i was accidentally calling him Pounces all night.
like, "OOOoooo here comes POUNCES!!!"
