who wants to go halfsies on a high school?
in this article, the times details how you and i could buy a closed school in one of philly's up-and-coming neighborhoods. here are all the schools for sale. I think we should make it into a bar/hotel/movie theatre like this one in portland.

my mom is from germantown. i say we get this one.
