im not sure if this story broke nationally... but i came close to witnessing this story first hand.

the helicopters were circling and the cops were going crazy on the wrong side of the road and everything. and they blocked off like a million streets and evacuated and entire neighborhood.

then... the next day they showed us an interview of the poor woman who got burnt up.

quote she: "It was like a Matrix movie....Everyone was trying to calm me down, and I was hot because my skin had burned off."
