ooooh. that happened to me too.
it went down like this:
dental assistant : "hi joel this is dr. raiben's office calling to remind you of your appointment next monday"
me : "oooohhhhh... im going to need to cancel that"
dental assistant : "um, ok.. is everything alright?"
me : (lying) "yes"
