you can use wikipedia to look up the RGB color value for almost any color.

for example:

traditional chartreuse: 223, 255, 0






web chartreuse: 127, 255, 0






i prefer to keep it traditional in this instance.

it'll also give you the RGB values for other colors in the same spectrum.
