MTV announced VMA nominations today, and the big winners of this round are Beyonce and Lady Gaga, who each snagged 9 nominations. Britney Spears should also be commended for pulling herself out of the gutter to garner 7 nomination for herself in respectable fashion. Russell Brand will be hosting again for some reason, and neither Beyonce nor Lady Gaga have been confirmed as performing guests. if MTV wants me to watch, they are going to have to do better than Green Day, Pink, and Taylor Swift. Im serious.
