so now the dems have 59 seats instead of 60. not like that 1 extra seat was making a difference anyway. bush did a lot more with a lot less. pull your head out of your ass obama, and do something.

without the senate super majority, the republicans can filibuster legislation into oblivion. that's the problem.
Or at least prevent them from creating it in secret.
