there are three parts. i recommend watching them all. my favorite moments are when 1) she says "bless their hearts" about the republicans, and 2) she says the answer to all of our problems is more women in politics.

i was really touched to hear that gabby gibbons opened her eyes for the first time during a visit from fellow congressladies kirsten gillibrand, nancy pelosi, and debbie wasserman schultz. the new york times has an enchanting article about the bond between these women and others in congress.

i've always loved her. she's strong and fiery and intelligent, so republicans hate her, of course. her leadership in congress has been remarkable, and i'm sad we'll be losing that. this morning, npr did a little biography piece on her.
