there is a shitshow trial going on in new york right now for that one pirate who didn't get killed in that mess. they couldn't figure out definitively what his age was, so they just decided to try him as an adult.he probably deserves it for being the scourge of the seas, but that photo of him all smiley when he is walking into court and the story about how he put his hand all the way up in the air when asked to raise his right hand makes me feel a twinge of sympathy. he is really just a teenager who will probably be better cared for in prison than he was able to provide for himself in the first place. god bless.
