abercrombie + fitch purchased 600 broadway, which is home to the famed DKNY mural in soho. it's been in place since 1992, and depicts a pre-9/11 view of manattan. the nyc landmark was painted over yesterday to prepare the wall for a new hollister logo. this is the proposed image:
