I too love ice coffee... So much so, that I've started brewing a pot, letting it cool, then putting it in a plastic container, and sticking it in the fridge. Then whenever I want some I just pour it into a glass with some ice and add creamer. Done and done.
Also, as an added bonus on the weekends, you can throw in two shots of vodka and two shot of kahlua and have a very nice coffee drink for the pool or your pregame before you go out. Yums!

best for summer mornings: coffee ice cubes. seriously perfect.
