one of the highlights of the VMAs this year was trying to figure out what the hell lady gaga was wearing. i counted five different outfits. each successively awesomer. the best decision the mtv producers made was to put gaga over the shoulder of beyonce so we could catch a peek of the crazy. here is a rundown.
