life imitating art imitating life
Chloë has partnered with the Robert Mapplethorpe Foundation to offer a capsule of T-shirts printed with her favorite photographs and collages by the late artist. Mapplethorpe began experimenting with Polaroid photography in 1970 before exploding on the scene with revolutionary images documenting pornographic film stars and members of the gritty S&M underground. In a homage to his career and to the ongoing fight against HIV/AIDS, Chloë has replicated her favorite images onto these way cool tees, and a portion of the proceeds benefits the Foundation. Go ahead and take your pick(s)!
here. of course she did.
